system error in combat?

just tried to duel with my friend online - we tried 2 times and both times after i strike him we go a system error message and combat stops

i had something really STRANGE happened
i started offline duel with my character with some aranian falconer character. then i come back to duel menu i see that my character is in duel with some Dorian albernian swordfellow! (i remember i dueled him sometime ago but at this moment i had not challenged him nor i get the challenge) but anyway it looks like i am in duel. when i click to input combat settings i see duel getting started without any my input !!! it was like i was clicked automatic combat. and btw i see on my character the equipment which i was wearing loong ago...now i have much better...and then i see combat proceeds automatically and i lose...
what the hell is this??????????
